Dear Dad,

You taught me how to ride a bike.
You taught me how to bait my hook and cast my line.
You taught me the importance of reading my Bible.
You taught me how to cook and make something out of nothing.
You taught me how to mow and edge the lawn.
You taught me how to drive.
You taught me to love being Portuguese.
You taught me about grace and mercy.
You taught me the value of hard work.

I am thankful for all you have taught me and I am blessed for all the good you did for me.  Happy Father’s Day.  I love you, Dad.

Dad & I, circa 1983.  Love the couch.

And to the other dad in my life…..

Mark,

Thank you for being a wonderful Daddy to our children.  I truly appreciate that you change diapers without complaint, kiss boo boo’s with sincere concern, and pray with our kids.  You  are fun, kind, patient, and ornery (which they love).  Our kids are so blessed to have you as their Dad.  I love you.

Seriously, we need to take family pictures. This was the best I could come up with.
