I recently received an email from Kim, a wedding planner in Northern CA, who asked how she should stick to her pricing.  As an entrepreneur and wedding professional it can be so tempting to discount pricing in the name of booking an amazing couple, but when you continuously do so you find yourself working hard with very little to show for it.  In this video I share Kim’s email and my thoughts on the subject.
