In my professional life I have coached countless women in the areas of mindset, business, confidence, health and personal growth. I have started and operated two successful businesses and have had the pleasure of speaking on stages to thousands as well as inspiring small groups at intimate retreats. I have shot a pilot for a television show and was once invited by ABC Daytime to audition to be a talk show co-host. I have won awards, been featured in magazine publications, and been celebrated as a high-achieving leader.
However, during much of that achieving what nobody knew was that in my personal life I was so broken down that I spent years isolated and stuck, afraid to be vulnerable because it felt too risky. I feared success because I felt like an imposter who was unworthy. My high-school sweetheart turned husband and I nearly divorced because marriage got messy and hard and nothing really prepared us for that season. I have experienced devastating abandonment by those I thought would always stay. I’ve struggled with my purpose and identity. I’ve made huge mistakes and felt like a failure, full of shame. I’ve believed I was unusable by God. I’ve struggled with confidence and coped with the rigors of life's disappointments in unhealthy ways.
That part of a bio is way less sexy though; it’s easier to leave out the junk. I thought it was important to note that while I have experienced great success and achievement, there has also been deep struggle in my story.
This is what I want you to know from someone who has scaled the exciting heights of accomplishment and journeyed the miserable valleys of breakdown: NOTHING is wasted and every single part of your story is redeemable. God has a plan to work your ENTIRE story out for good. I know this because it’s been true in my own life and the lives of so many others. I am a believer that God’s plan for your life is bigger and more beautiful than anything you could ever imagine.
So who am I? I am a redeemed risk-taker and driven dreamer willing to show up however God calls me. I am the kind of gal who goes all in once I commit to something, like that time I decided to get my degree in culinary arts because I love food and believe a really good meal shared with others around a table can transform lives. I am a wife of over 20 years to a man I’ve grown up with who has endured alongside me in the hard and beautiful refining process of marriage. I am a mom to three amazing teenagers who have taught me more about God’s unshakeable love for me as I see my own unshakeable love for them stretch and expand daily. I champion women stuck in shame to anchor those shaky legs on the Truth that will set them free, encouraging them to step forward and boldly walk in their divine purpose. And yes, while I am a coach, speaker, and writer I am also an overcomer, a conqueror, a survivor of the enemy’s efforts to entrap and enslave me. I am a woman continuously contending for my best so that I can help others break free in their own lives. I am saved by grace and full of gratitude daily.

I have coached hundreds of women in the areas of personal and professional growth over the past decade. One thing every single one of them has in common is the deep longing to operate out of their unique gifting and the desire to confidently step into their divine purpose, while also being compensated abundantly. The goal of the women I coach and mentor is creating impact in the lives of others while also creating a significant income for themselves, so they can live and give in a way that feels aligned for them. Isn’t this the desire of us all? My passion has always been to equip women to DREAM BIG and to help them believe that they truly can create anything they imagine. Whether in a small group setting, over a Zoom, or on stage at a retreat or conference the heart of my message to women is the same: you are chosen, you are worthy, and you are capable.
