If there's one thing I've learned throughout my career, it's this: people don't connect with perfection, they connect with people.
I've spent the past two decades building businesses, coaching entrepreneurs, speaking on stages, creating content, and showing up in front of cameras. Along the way I've started and operated multiple successful businesses, coached hundreds of women, spoken to audiences of thousands, filmed a television pilot, and was invited by ABC Daytime to audition as a talk show co-host.
From the outside, it looked like confidence came naturally.
But for years, I wrestled with many of the same fears I now help my clients overcome. I questioned whether I was enough. I feared being seen and misunderstood. I struggled with shame, self-doubt, and the pressure to prove myself through achievement. Like so many entrepreneurs, I believed my work spoke for itself, when in reality people were longing to know the person behind the work.
Over time, I realized that the very experiences I wanted to hide became the bridge that allowed me to connect with others in a meaningful way. My story became one of my greatest strengths. My personality became my platform.
Today, I help entrepreneurs, coaches, creators, and experts stop hiding behind their expertise and become the trusted face of their business.
Because here's what I've discovered: your business doesn't grow simply because you're the most qualified. It grows because people trust you.
And trust is built when people can see you.
Video is the most powerful way to do that. It allows people to experience your personality, your perspective, your values, and your heart long before they ever become a client. Your personality becomes your greatest differentiator because no one else has your story, your voice, or your unique way of connecting with people.
Ironically, the goal isn't to appeal to everyone.
It's to be unmistakably you.
When you stop trying to sound like everyone else, you naturally attract the people you're meant to serve while giving everyone else permission to keep scrolling.
So who am I?
I'm an entrepreneur, storyteller, and lifelong student of people. I'm endlessly curious, probably dreaming up my next big idea, and rarely afraid to start over if it means becoming more of who I'm meant to be. I believe growth usually begins just outside our comfort zone, that every chapter of our lives can serve a purpose, and that confidence is built by showing up before we feel completely ready. I love meaningful conversations, gathering people around a great meal, and encouraging others to take the brave step they've been putting off. At home, I'm a wife and mom to three incredible kids who remind me daily what matters most.
My mission is simple:
To help you stop hiding behind your business and become the face of it so your personality, your story, and your message naturally attract the people you're called to serve.
Because the world doesn't need another polished expert.
It needs more people who are willing to show up as themselves.

I have coached hundreds of women in the areas of personal and professional growth over the past decade. One thing every single one of them has in common is the deep longing to operate out of their unique gifting and the desire to confidently step into their divine purpose, while also being compensated abundantly. The goal of the women I coach and mentor is creating impact in the lives of others while also creating a significant income for themselves, so they can live and give in a way that feels aligned for them. Isn’t this the desire of us all? My passion has always been to equip women to DREAM BIG and to help them believe that they truly can create anything they imagine. Whether in a small group setting, over a Zoom, or on stage at a retreat or conference the heart of my message to women is the same: you are chosen, you are worthy, and you are capable.
